General

By making an enquiry, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Lottie Loolaz, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and a safe experience for both artist and client.

Consultations and Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Lottie. Submitting a booking enquiry does not guarantee an appointment until it has been confirmed. Once accepted, your booking details will be managed via the Fresha booking system.

Lottie Loolaz reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if the requested design, placement, or circumstances are deemed unsuitable.

Deposits

Deposits act as booking confirmations and secure your appointment date and time. All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits may be moved to a later date once only, provided a minimum of one week’s notice is given prior to your appointment. Requests made with less than one week’s notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposits are non-transferable to another person and are deducted from the final cost of your tattoo unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of one week’s notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than one week’s notice will result in loss of the deposit.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will also result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled at Lottie Loolaz’s discretion, and your deposit may be forfeited.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo. Valid photo ID may be requested. No exceptions will be made.

Health and Medical Information

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancy prior to your appointment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in refusal of service or complications for which Lottie Loolaz cannot be held responsible.

Lottie Loolaz reserves the right to refuse tattooing if your skin is unsuitable on the day of your appointment.

Design Approval

Tattoo designs are created on the day of your appointment. This allows for clear communication, collaboration, and flexibility should you wish to make changes to size, placement, or details.

For cover-up tattoos, Lottie Loolaz may review your existing tattoo in advance and discuss what may be possible. However, the final design is always created and approved on the day of the appointment.

All designs remain the intellectual property of Lottie Loolaz and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

Aftercare

Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed carefully. Lottie Loolaz cannot be held responsible for complications or healing issues arising from failure to follow aftercare advice or from factors beyond the artist’s control.

Results and Healing

Tattoo results may vary depending on skin type, placement, lifestyle, and aftercare. Healing outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

You are entitled to one complimentary touch-up within one year of your original tattoo appointment. If a tattoo has not healed as expected due to improper aftercare, an additional charge may apply. However, as a general rule, Lottie Loolaz is happy to touch up tattoos to ensure you are left with a result you can feel proud of.

Any additional touch-ups, or touch-ups requested after the one-year period, will incur an additional cost.

Right to Refuse Service

Lottie Loolaz reserves the right to refuse or stop a tattoo at any time due to inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, illness, or if continuing would compromise safety or quality.

Abusive, disrespectful, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Liability

While all reasonable care, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained, Lottie Loolaz cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions, allergic responses, or complications beyond reasonable control.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on the website.
